Kurt russell is great and ray liotta is unsettlingly creepy as a psychotic cop. The film involves a couple who befriend a lonely policeman only for him to develop an unrequited fixation on the wife leading to chilling consequences. Def check it out. It spite of its cliches it manages to keep you watching until it goes off the rails in the second half and turns into a horror stalker damsel in distress scenario.

Ill never understand how this top notch thriller slipped under the radar.
