Cincinnati Chili Spaghetti Instant Pot

Add the beef all spices salt tomato paste tinned tomatoes and water and stir everything through really well. Prep time 10 mins. Cincinnati chili is a rich and thick chili traditionally served over spaghetti noodles but also works well for hot dogs hamburgers or on its own. It is also keto or paleo friendly when the right type of noodles and toppings are used.
